SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (Oral) By way of the present appeal filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the appellant seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.182 dated 04.12.2024, under Sections 3(1)(s) and 3(1)(r) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, registered at Police Station Bareta, District Mansa.

This Court vide order dated 24.04.2025 granted the concession of interim bail to the appellant, subject to his joining the investigation. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 24.04.2025, the petitioner has joined the investigation. 4.

Learned State counsel does not controvert the said fact and further submits that custodial interrogation of the appellant is not required. 5.
