(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner has produced in Court today, a copy of an order of the learned executing court dated August 02, 2018, showing that the respondent-decree holder had suffered a statement that he has received a cheque dated 31.07.2018, amounting to Rs.1,49,362/- and had withdrawn the execution petition, reserving his right to revive it after the decision in the application filed by the petitioner herein (judgment debtor) under Order 9 Rule 13 CPC.
