(Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking issuance of direction to respondents No.1 to 4 for taking action in case FIR No. 156, dated 21.12.2019, under Sections 452, 380, 354, 323, 427 IPC, registered at Police Station Mukerian, District Hoshiarpur. After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and perusing the averments made in the petition, no ground to invoke the inherent jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is made out. Dismissed.
