Without commenting on the legality and validity of marriage between the petitioners, respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police Mansa, Punjab is directed to inquire as to whether the petitioners genuinely need any protection and if so, do the needful. Petitioners are present in the Court. Petitioner No.2 is hereby directed to make necessary arrangement for fixed deposit of a sum of Rs.2 lacs in some nationalized bank in the name of petitioner No.1Nishe Rani within a period of 15 days from today.
