Ramendra Jain, J (Oral) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No.1040 dated 19.10.2018 under Sections 63, 67, 61/1 of Excise Act, 1914 and Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B and 34 IPC, registered at Police Station, Model Town, Panipat.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Subhash Chander, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation.
