Through this revision under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, prayer has been made for issuance of directions to the learned District and Sessions Judge, Rohtak, to transfer the Rent Petition bearing RP-20-2017 from the Court of Sh. Bharat, learned Rent Controller, Rohtak, to any other Court of learned Rent Controller. Pursuant to the order dated 04.03.2022 of this Court, report from the concerned learned Rent Controller, Rohtak, vide letter No. 338 dated 25.03.2022 duly forwarded by the learned District and Sessions Judge, Rohtak, vide letter No. 1181 dated 29.03.2022, has been received.

-2The learned Rent Controller, Rohtak, in her report dated 25.03.2022, has mentioned that due to Covid-19 Pandemic, the Court was working with restrictions and she was not aware that this case had to be decided in a time bound frame because when she took over the charge as Rent Controller, Rohtak, all clerical staff including Reader, were transferred. She has regretted for the aforesaid lapse on her part and requested for two months more time for disposal of the rent petition filed by the petitioner.

Dr. Tammanna R. Sahrawat, who is present in person states that she had moved an application dated 10.12.2019 (Annexure P-1), for transfer of her Rent Petition bearing RP-20-2017, from the Court of Sh. Bharat, Rent Controller, Rohtak, to another Court which was dismissed by the learned District and Sessions Judge, Rohtak vide order dated 06.01.2020 (Annexure P-4). Therefore, she seeks permission to withdraw the instant revision petition, with a direction to the learned Rent Controller, Rohtak, to decide her rent petition, expeditiously.
