(ORAL) At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the instant revision has rendered infructuous, as the main suit has been withdrawn by the respondent-plaintiff. He also produced photocopy of the order dated 25.01.2018 of the trial Court, dismissing the suit of the respondent-plaintiff as withdrawn. The same is taken on record. In view of the above, the instant revision is hereby dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
