CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE H.S. MADAAN Present:- Mr. S.S. Kamboj, Advocate for the petitioner. *** The petitioner, who is Appellant before Additional District Judge, Kurukshetra is feeling aggrieved by the fact that appeal filed by him on 3.8.2017 has not been disposed of finally. Of course, expeditious trial is right of every litigant but at the same time it is to be ensured that the cases filed prior in time are given more attention than those filed later in time. Of course that is to be ensured by the trial Court. Under the circumstances, the petition is disposed of directing the Court of Additional District Judge, Kurukshetra to dispose of the appeal expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order in that Court.
