The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 12.08.2025 passed by learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Charkhi Dadri, whereby, respondents/defendants No.1, 2 and 4 were restrained from interfering in the possession of the petitioner/plaintiff over the disputed vehicle. 2.

A perusal of the case file shows that the appropriate remedy available to the petitioner is to move an application under Order 39 Rule 2A CPC before learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Charkhi Dadri.
