***** ARCHANA PURI, J Lastly, when the file was dealt with by the Court on 24.09.2019, there was no representation on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner and in the interest of justice, one more opportunity was allowed to the petitioner to comply with the order dated 05.09.2019. However, the compliance of the aforesaid order has not been made as yet.

Perusal of the paper book reveals that at earlier instance also, the revision petition was dismissed vide order dated 23.01.2015, solely on account of non prosecution of the same by the petitioner, as none had made appearance. However, it was restored vide order dated 09.03.2015 and thereafter, it was again fixed for issuance of notice.

Perusal of the repeated orders passed by the Court reveals about the process having not initiated at the instance of the petitioner for doing the SONU 2023.07.07 10:25 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document


  CR-4864-2014 (O&M) -2needful to facilitate the service of the respondent. In fact, by and large in the orders, it has been observed that none had made appearance on behalf of the petitioner.
