Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that there is a serious threat to the life and liberty of the petitioners. However, after vehemently arguing, he prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to seek appropriate remedy before the Court of competent jurisdiction by invoking the correct provisions of law. 2.

In light of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the liberty granted is only on the request of the counsel for the petitioners and is not a direction. 4.
