HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J CM No.954-CII of 2021 Respondent has moved instant application for dispensation of costs imposed vide order dated 13.01.2020.

A perusal of order dated 13.01.2020 reveals that the costs were imposed by noticing that despite grant of numerous opportunities, neither any reply was filed nor was compliance report submitted. Learned counsel for the applicant-respondent submits that in fact reply had been filed on 25.03.2019, which fact is recorded in order dated 25.03.2019.

In these circumstances, order dated 13.01.2020 imposing costs of Rs.2500/- is recalled.

Application stands disposed of.

Main case Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as the order has since been complied with.

Disposed of as having become infructuous.
