(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner does not deny the fact that the main suit i.e. Civil Suit No.2167 of 24.12.2014, titled as 'Nakshatar Giri and others vs. Jaswant Singh and others' stands decided by the learned trial Court vide order dated 11.1.2022 passed by the Civil Judge (Jr. Divn.), Narwana. Therefore, the present petition has been rendered infructuous and the same may be disposed of as such. Learned counsel appearing for respondents No.6 to 11 has no objection to the same.
