Present writ petition has been filed for directing respondents No.1 to 9 to take appropriate action against respondent No.10, who despite being the Sarpanch of the Gram Panchayat, Nadala, District Kapurthala had committed various illegalities and despite the specific letter/notice dated 28.11.2023 (Annexure P-7) issued by BDPO, Nadala as well as further report (Annexure P-9) SDM Bholath dated 02.01.2023 (actual date should be 02.01.2024 and wrongly mentioned as 02.01.2023) recommending action against the Sarpanch, no action has so far been taken and further to stop/remove the illegal construction of the level of the road i.e. Main road Nadala-Dhilwan to Daudpur, District Kapurthala which has been raised near the house of respondents No.10 and 11 over the property belonging to Mandi Board and no permission/sanction was obtained by respondent No.10 before executing the said work and even as RITTU 2024.01.23 16:54 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
