Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed seeking quashing of FIR No.116 dated 15.07.2019 under Section 376 IPC (Annexure P1) registered at Police Station City Mansa, District Mansa and impugned order passed by learned Sessions Judge, Mansa (Annexure P5) and all subsequent proceedings arising there from. Learned State Counsel on instructions from HC Harpal Singh states that present petition has been rendered infructuous as the petitioner has been acquitted by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Mansa vide judgment dated 23.01.2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the above said facts and states that present petition may be disposed of as such.

Disposed of being rendered infructuous.
