The present petition lays challenge to an order dated 23.07.2015 (Annexure P-8) passed by the District Magistrate Karnal, exercising the powers under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (for short 'SARFAESI Act'). Learned counsel for respondent No.3 has submitted that the order impugned is amenable to challenge in an appeal and the petitioner has already filed an appeal before the Court, therefore, the present revision petition is not maintainable.
