ANIL KSHETARPAL, J (Oral) Counsel for the parties during the course of arguments have arrived at a consensus. The terms of settlement are as under:- (i) The total amount due as per the decree passed by the Court is approximately Rs.4,20,000/-, (subject to correction);

(ii) Petitioner-Judgment Debtor has already paid Rs.1,50,000/-;

(iii) Petitioner-Judgment Debtor offers to pay the remaining amount in two equated installments within a period of 3 months from today.
