 This petition has been filed challenging the order dated 04.07.2018 passed by learned Rent Controller, Jalandhar, dismissing the application under Order 6 Rule 17 CPC read with Section 151 CPC. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the main petition stands decided by the learned Rent Controller, therefore, this revision petition has been rendered infructuous. Petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
