Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and while refraining from making any expression as regards the veracity of the averments made in the petition, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2Senior Superintendent of Police, Ferozepur to look into the matter and to dispose of the representation dated 21.5.2020 (incorrectly typed as 21.5.2021) (Annexure P-3) in case the investigation is still pending and final report has not ben filed so far.
