**** AMIT RAWAL, J. (ORAL) The present revision petition is directed against the order dated 04.11.2014, whereby the application at the instance of the respondentsdefendants under Order 7 Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure has been allowed and the plaint has been rejected.

Concededly, the impugned order having trapping of decree as per the provisions of Section 2 (2) of CPC, is appealable. Faced with the aforesaid situation, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks indulgence of this Court to withdraw the present revision petition with liberty to file the appeal in accordance with law by taking the aid of the provisions of Section 14 of the Limitation Act. Ordered accordingly.
