RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.1028, dated 19.11.2022, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC, registered at Police Station Assandh, Karnal, District Karnal, Annexure P-1. After arguing for sometime, counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Court.

Allowed as prayed for.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, in case the petitioner surrenders before the concerned Court within a period of seven days from today and files an application for bail, the Court concerned is directed to decide his application expeditiously, in accordance with law.
