(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of directions to the respondents No.2 to 4 for fair and proper investigation and enquiry into the FIR No.198 dated 26.12.2023 (Annexure P-2) under Sections 376 and 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Sector 17, Chandigarh. Learned counsel for the UT Chandigarh has filed the reply dated 22.3.2024 by way of affidavit of Gurmukh, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Supervising Officer, Central Division, UT Chandigarh. The same is taken on record. Copy thereof supplied to the counsel opposite. Learned counsel for the UT Chandigarh has informed that the challan in the case has already been filed.
