(Oral) The counsel for the petitioner submits that after registration of the FIR the police failed to take any action against the accused persons in criminal case having FIR No.225 dated 14.10.2021 (Annexure P-1) and that in this regard different representations Annexure P-5 to Annexure P-8 are submitted to police authorities but they failed to take any action. The counsel for the petitioner further submitted that he will be satisfied if necessary direction is given to respondent No.4 to take action on representation dated 26.12.2022 (Annexure P-6). Notice of motion.
