H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) As per report received from Mediation and Concilliation Centre of this Court, the matter has been resolved amicably between the parties. Settlement/ compromise alongwith Annexures has been enclosed with the report, which be made part of the record. Learned counsel for the revision petitioners states that in view of such Settlement/Compromise, which for convenience of reference is exhibited as Exhibit C-1, revision petitioners do not want to proceed further with the revision petition and it be disposed of accordingly.

C.R. No. 4820 of 2017 -2admitting the Settlement/Compromise, states that he has no objection if the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners is accepted. Accordingly, the revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn as compromised in terms of Settlement/Compromise Exhibit C-1. The parties shall remain bound by this Settlement/Compromise. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent-plaintiff prays that a direction be issued for refund of the court fee affixed on the plaint and on the grounds of appeal before the Ist Appellate Court. He may move appropriate applications in the Courts concerned, which may then dispose of the same in accordance with law.
