(ORAL) At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh one with better and correct particulars. Mr. Apoorv Garg, learned Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, who has joined the proceedings in this case in pursuance of the copy of the present petition having been sent to the respondent-State in advance, has no objection for the same.
Resultantly, the petition in hand stands dismissed for having been withdrawn with the liberty afore-said.
