Second petition has been filed under Section 439 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail pending trial in case FIR No. 16 dated 21.08.2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 21 and 22 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, at Police Station Nangal Bhoor, Pathankot, Punjab.

After arguing for some time, learned Counsel for the petitioner instead of pressing the present petition on merits, wishes to withdraw the same. However, his only prayer is to direct the trial Court to expedite the trial.
