Instant 3rd petition has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023, for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, who has been booked for having committed the offence punishable under Section 21(c), 25, 29, 61, 85 of NDPS Act, 985, in FIR No.115, dated 30.06.2022, registered at Police Station Dinanagar, District Gurdaspur.
