(ORAL) Through the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioner is seeking directions to respondent No. 2 to submit status report with respect to FIR No. 0093 dated 19.11.2022, under Sections 120-B, 354-C, 376, 506 and 509 of IPC, registered at Women Police Station, District Panchkula (Annexure P-1). Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that police has registered FIR under Section 376 IPC apart from other Sections, however, the petitioner is being harassed by authorities. He further submits that the main petition may be treated as representation and authorities may be directed to redress grievance of the petitioner. Notice of motion.
