-.- AMIT RAWAL J. (ORAL) The present revision petition is directed against the orders of the trial Court and the lower Appellate Court whereby interim application submitted by the respondent plaintiff was allowed.

Learned counsel for both the parties apprised this Court that the main suit is listed for final arguments. It would be farcical exercise in keeping the revision petition pending.

The revision petition is disposed of with direction to the trial Court to decide the suit as expeditiously as possible. At this stage, Mr. Sharma drew attention of this Court to the order dated 16.08.2016 wherein this Court while issuing notice of motion, stayed the execution of the impugned order till the next date of hearing but subsequent orders reveal that there was no extension. C.R. No.5200 of 2016 (O&M) -2caused to the petitioners as the case is ripened for arguments. Mr. Sharma has expressed apprehension that in case hearing of the suit is deferred to a long date, it may seriously affects his right, in view of the ad interim order granted by the trial court, thus, liberty may be granted to revive the revision petition in such eventuality.
