Jaswant Singh,J.(Oral) Defendants/petitioners are in revision aggrieved by the order dated 16.7.2013 (P-1) whereby their evidence was closed on the statement of their counsel as also the order dated 25.7.2013 (P-2) whereby their application for recalling DW-1 for cross examination was dismissed by Civil Judge (Junior Division)Amritsar. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the present revision petition has become infructuous as the main suit itself stands decided.

Dismissed as infructuous.
