Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioners to approach the Illaqa Magistrate concerned so as to enable them to file an appropriate application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. for redressal of their grievances. In case, any such application is filed, the Illaqa Magistrate concerned shall dispose off the same in accordance with law.

As far as the prayer of the petitioners for protection of their life and liberty is concerned, the petititoners may move an application to respondent No.2Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala seeking protection.
