Mr. Raghav Soni, Advocate for the petitioner. **** By way of this petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.31 dated 07.04.2023, under Sections 452, 323, 148, 149 of IPC (Section 325 IPC added later on), registered at Police Station Nihal Singh Wala, District Moga.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that petitioner has been falsely implicated; that only role attributed to her is that she was holding the dang at the time of occurrence. No specific injury whatsoever is attributed to her.

In the meantime, petitioner is directed to join investigation and co-operate in the same. She will not leave the country without prior permission of the Court nor shall make any attempt to contact the complainant of the case or any witness associated with the case. In the event of the arrest of the petitioner, she shall be released on interim bail on her furnishing personal/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer.
