**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) The grievance of the petitioners before this Court that their services have been regularized w.e.f 11.08.2014 and 08.05.2018 but their services should have been regularized from 01.04.2011. The service of similarly situated persons have already been regularized w.e.f 01.04.2011 vide office order dated 18.07.2017, in compliance of CWP No. 18296-2014. In this regard, the petitioners have given a detailed representation dated 14.12.2018 (P-8) but no action has been taken till date. Notice of motion On asking of the Court, Ms. Palika Monga, DAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the State. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to supply copy of the petition to the learned State counsel by today itself.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents to pass appropriate orders in favour of the petitioners on the representation dated Gaurav Arora 2019.01.23 10:47 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh
