Pawar, Addl.A.G., Punjab ***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, but without commenting anything as regards merits of the case or as regards veracity of averments made in the petition, the petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to have recourse to other alternate efficacious remedies as may be available for redressal of his grievances including filing of an application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. before the Area Magistrate concerned. In case, the petitioner moves an application before the Area Magistrate under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C., the Area Magistrate concerned shall do the needful so as to ensure that the same is disposed off expeditiously in accordance with law.
