This is an application under Section 482 CrPC for quashing of the complaint Ref. No.PW202021062 dated 02.11.2020 given to the Superintendent of Police, Chandigarh by respondent No.5. 2.

Learned Addl. PP UT Chandigarh has stated that FIR in the present case has already been registered.

In view of the statement made by learned Addl. PP UT Chandigarh, learned counsel for the petitioners states that he does not wish to press the present petition.
