The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of Complaint Case No.120, dated 22.09.2011, registered under Sections 452, 323, 324, 506, 500, 148 and 149 IPC, Annexure P-1 and summoning order dated 08.05.2015 passed by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gurdaspur.
