Through this revision, the petitioner-Gurdaspur Improvement Trust prays for setting aside the order dated 19.04.2016 passed by the Executing Court while dismissing its objections against the order of ejectment. The learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that the revision petition is rendered infructuous as the execution petition has been disposed of being fully satisfied vide order dated 15.12.2021. However, the learned counsel representing the respondents submits that some amount is yet to be recovered.
