ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) In terms of order dated 04.03.2021, parties have amicably settled the matter vide Memorandum of Understanding dated 09.03.2021, which has been tendered today in Court and taken on record as Annexure 'X'.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite settlement, the machine of petitioner (JCB Machine) has still not been returned to him.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that on petitioner approaching branch office at Sector-34 of respondent No.1, the vehicle would be released to him within a period of two days. In view of the above, the instant petition is rendered infructuous and is disposed of accordingly.
