The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of order dated 29.07.2016, Annexure P-4 passed learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gurdaspur whereby petitioners have been declared proclaimed offender in Complaint Case No.120, dated 22.09.2011, registered under Sections 452, 323, 324, 506, 500, 148 and 149 IPC, Annexure P-1. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
