(oral) Learned State counsel has filed status report dated 06.04.2024 as per which one of the two accused namely, Karamjit Singh has been arrested and extended the benefit of bail whereas the second accused Paramjot singh @ Ricky Ahluwalia, is absconding and investigation is going on. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition.
