(Oral) The petitioner in the present petition seeks for the quashing of order dated 16.08.2019 (Annexure P-11) passed by the Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Chandigarh vide which the petitioner has been declared proclaimed person in a complaint NACT No.14879 of 2018 dated 10.07.2018 titled as 'M/s Religare Finvest Ltd. versus Tara Chand Rice Mill and Annother (Annexure P-1).

Today, the Court has been apprised that pursuant to the order dated 01.02.2022 passed by this Court, the petitioner has appeared before the trial Court, surrendered and has been granted regular bail. In this view of the matter, no orders are called for by this Court. However, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the trial expeditiously. Disposed off.
