**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) Petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case bearing FIR No.90 dated 21.04.2014 registered under Sections 452, 307, 324, 323, 427, 506, 148, 149 IPC at Police Station Tanda, District Hoshiarpur. On 23.01.2020, following order was passed by this Court:- "Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that no medical was produced in respect of ailment of the petitioner, but application for exemption was filed. Trial Court while dismissing the application for exemption, issued non-bailable warrants for 09.01.2020 and now the MOHMED ATIK 2021.09.08 17:28 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-2861-2020 case stands adjourned to 03.02.2020 for execution of those warrants. Petitioner has been appearing in the Court regularly except his non-appearance on 10.12.2019. Petitioner undertakes to appear regularly before the trial Court without any fail in future in case indulgence is granted for the aforesaid lapse.

Notice of motion for 27.03.2020.

Petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court on 03.02.2020. In the event of his appearance, he shall be granted interim bail subject to his furnishing adequate bail bonds/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the aforesaid order, the petitioner has already appeared before the Sessions Judge, Hoshiarpur on 03.02.2020 and has been granted interim bail by the trial Court. Learned counsel placed on record a photocopy of order dated 03.02.2020 in this regard. The same is taken on record. In view of appearance of the petitioner before the Sessions Judge, Hoshiarpur, the interim order dated 23.01.2020 is made absolute. However, the petitioner shall keep on appearing before the trial Court regularly.

Petition stands disposed of.
