ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) The petitioner alleges non-compliance of the order dated 17.10.2022 passed in CRM-M No.47743 of 2022.

As per the compliance affidavit of the Senior Superintendent of Police, Amritsar (Rural), the FIR no.22 dated 27.04.2023 stands registered against 06 persons and 03 of the accused persons have already been arrested.

Accordingly, no further action is called for and the petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
