Rajinder Singh and others .............Respondents CORAM: HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE JASWANT SINGH Present:- Mr.S.S.Tiwana,Advocate for the petitioner Jaswant Singh,J.(Oral) Petitioner in the present revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution is assailing the order dated 16.12.2014(P-2) passed by learned District Judge, Sangrur whereby his application for transferring two civil appeals, pending against decree passed in favour of respondents/plaintiffs, from the Court of Sh.Manjinder Singh, Additional District Judge, Sangrur to any other Court of competent jurisdiction, has been dismissed on the mere allegation of apprehension in the mind of petitioner/appellant that they would not get due justice in view of respondents/plaintiffs openly professing that they would get appellate judgment in their favour.

At the outset, learned counsel prays for permission to withdraw the instant revision petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
