(ORAL) The petitioner, through the instant petition, is seeking setting aside of order dated 25.11.2022 whereby Additional Principal Judge (Family Court), Hisar has allowed maintenance of Rs. 10,000/- per month to respondent No. 2-minor daughter of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that petitioner does not want to contest quantum of maintenance qua period post October' 2019 and confines his prayer to reduction of maintenance for the period October' 2018 to October' 2019 on the ground that during the said period, monthly salary of the petitioner was Rs. 22,000/- and respondent No. 1 is earning handsome amount. The petitioner is not deflecting from his responsibility and undertakes to pay sum awarded w.e.f. November' 2019.

Without commenting upon merits of the case and keeping PARAMJIT KAUR SAINI 2023.01.27 17:10 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CRR(F)-131 of 2023 (O&M) -2in mind the fact that the petitioner has undertaken to pay maintenance awarded at the same rate as allowed by trial court from November' 2019 onwards, the amount of maintenance for the period October' 2018 to October' 2019 is reduced from Rs. 10000/- to Rs. 5000/- per month.

Petition is disposed of in above terms.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, stand also disposed of.
