HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (Oral) Case is taken up for hearing through video conferencing. Through this petition, the petitioner seek anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.35 dated 17.05.2019, registered under Sections 323, 324, 452, 148 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 326 and 307 IPC added later on, at Police Station Begowal, District Kapurthala. Vide order dated 14.02.2020 passed by this Court, the petitioner was granted ad-interim anticipatory bail and directed to join the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order 14.02.2020 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation.

Learned State counsel, on the instructions from ASI Daljit Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is now not VIRENDRA SINGH ADHIKARI 2021.08.13 04:28 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 14.02.2020 granting interim bail to the petitioner, is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
