Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner would be satisfied at this stage, in case a time bound direction is issued to respondent No.2 - Deputy Commissioner, Jind, District Jind, Haryana, to consider and decide the aforesaid representation dated 30.12.2024 (Annexure P-3).

On advance service of copy of petition, Ms. Upasana Dhawan, Assistant Advocate General, Haryana, appears on behalf of the respondents/State and opposes issuance of notice of motion. She further submits that the Deputy Commissioner, Jind, District Jind, Haryana/competent authority shall take decision either way, on the pending representation dated 30.12.2024 (Annexure P-3) within a period of three months from today.

Keeping in view the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties and without commenting on the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Deputy Commissioner, Jind, District Jind, Haryana)/competent authority to consider and decide representation dated 30.12.2024 (Annexure P-3) by way of passing a speaking order, after affording due opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties, within a period of three months from today. 5.
