RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for quashing of FIR No.198 dated 29.07.2021, under Sections 420, 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Ranjit Avenue, District Amritsar, Annexure P-1, on the basis of compromise-cum-affidavit, dated 25.05.2022, Annexure P-2, and all the subsequent proceedings arising out of it, as the matter has been amicably settled between the parties qua the petitioners. However, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioners to file afresh with better particulars.

Allowed as prayed for.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. May 16, 2023 ( RAJESH BHARDWAJ ) meenuss JUDGE 1.
