The instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.235 dated 10.12.2023, under Sections 307, 332, 353, 186, 224, 225 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station Hakima, District Police Commissionerate Amritsar.

This Court vide order dated 23.01.2024, while issuing notice of motion, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to her joining the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 23.01.2024, the petitioner has joined the investigation. 4.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Manjinder Singh, does not controvert the said fact and further submits that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required. 5.

In view of the above, the order dated 23.01.2024 is made absolute.
