The short point involved in the present revision petition is whether the order of the Arbitrator can be assailed in the civil appeal. The answer is 'No', for, whatever the application is filed, only the award of the arbitrator can be assailed.

No ground is made out for interference. Accordingly, the present revision petition is dismissed.
